Just stop complaining about it since they've done nothing wrong?

+1

I live near some playing fields and at the weekend my road is totally full, yeah its a pain, but thats why i bought a house with a drive, and as you said, you have a drive.

Also, if they return to find someones messed with their car, they might decide to mess with your house, they can move the car, but you cant move your house.

They are not blocking your drive - what's the problem. Unless it's your private road.

I would go with the bird food idea, video the reaction of the folks who come back to a guano covered car and then pop it on YouTube!

Be careful though, it could be MI6 staking out your house!

This is Tim Wilky we're talking about here. You might just as well tell the Pope to stop being Catholic

Just be thankful he didn't park across your drive whilst it was empty. That is also legal.
Then you would be pi55ed off.....lol

I'm glad I don't live near a lot of you! I think it's out of order advising how to (mostly) damage someone's motor for being parked on a public road for 2 days. I had to do it recently for a few days and would have been livid had someone damaged it on purpose.

Take a chill pill and get a drop kerb when they've gone.

but on a personal note, our road is a 40 dgree hill and theres only one person in the winter months, sometimes 5.00am, gritting and shovelling it clear and thats me. the highways agency owe me big time. that patch of tarmac belongeth to me.

mefinks you may find that if you clear the ice on a public road/path and someone subsequetly has an accident you could be personally liable.. such a litigious society I would leave that alone.

same for the car prob Tim I afraid IMO.. espesh now you have highlighted the situation to the bobbies.. the cops must have checked it out etc re tax.insurance and cross referenced to where the owner lives...its just one of those things isnt it- if thye werent legal the fuzz wudda took them away I sure some of our blue friends may confirm or deny this..

it is bloody annoying !!.... when I had one of my pubs the neighbouring shop owner used to park his car on my public outside drinking area.. it ATE UPMY LIFE FOR MONTHS.. let it goooooo.. it will make you ill..

incidentally one of my regulars chucked a whole pint of guiness all over it to prove a point.. and me as he licensee got called in to the cop shop and had a severe reprimand from the big man ..

dont damage it as tempting as it is.. i would put a laminated note on it if it would vent your spleen..
