Ditto. Hang Man, is there anything in the process that would require the garage to be completely empty and to all be done in one fell swoop, or could I move all the stuff to one side, do one half (whole process, start to finish), then move all the stuff back onto the completed side once dry and do the other side?

Yes I'd recommend you empty , if you do it in two parts you'll have a visible seam (not very pretty) and I'd also make sure to do this in the summer time when the floor is warm .
I did call them today and they have no problems shipping overseas , they suggested that you get in contact with them by E-mail (or phone) with any questions and arrangements |

I didn't realise they also have low temperature application too , this might be what you want if you're doing it in winter
