I feel for you Kev, it takes me half an hour every time cos I only wear it once a year or so! And my yearly attempt is coming up tomorrow :S

That you tube video was excellent and came in real handy....... after watching it I practised tying bow ties on my curtain tie backs and I have to say the bows look pretty fantastic!
