So, people aggrieved at the Heathrow Third Runway will have the same rights to stop it happening?

Thing is, really, what can anyone do?

Sure we can all turn up, molest, rape and savage the owners houses and daughters, but it won't change anything.

Really, what can the public do?

I find it a little frightening how 3 "lords and bitches" in court, can favour 3 peoples opinions and wants over hundreds of thousands of people who would visit Croft throughout the entire year.

Again, UK system favours the minority, ignores the majority.

I can be sure that the Complainers, having spent £700k on legal, are not exactly, "common folk" and are of the upper class, jsut like the court judge, who would have no idea on motorsport. "But to keep in with ones class and social statues ya ya, one should favour the 3 upper class folk so as to keep ones prestige and name within the upper class ranks"

Really, what can us Joe public do? Get the press involved, yeah fat chance....

Loving the mass support and floods of answers people are throwing forward about this....


When is the "unofficial car and motorcycle with loud exhausts" meet at the entrance of the circuit? Would like to post such event around every car site I can......

Exactly.....

Those tens of thousands of people will have to "put up with it" from 6am until middnight. Do you think even if they all got together they would have a say?

3 people living in the middle of no-where next to a race course moaning about engine noises during the weekday though.....

Does anyone think I have a case against the eurotunnel rail link. As im over a mile away and can hear the trains and its disturbing my quiet evenings when the rabbits are outside. Do you think I have a case to get them to run limited train service???? After all, im one of the few, so surley I should win?
