I got all the parts at trade price through work so not very expensive. The paint job however I got done for free but I had to supply the paint....good to know people in the right places.

I would say the whole thing must of cost me around £200

Do you think I could spray it by myself?? Obviously it won't; be same quality, but much cheaper....

You could do if you had a spray gun....takes a lot of time and preperation mate

The gixxer k8 mirrors dont fit straight on cos the mounts are different. The mounts on the SV fit on the k8 mirrors but put them in a stupid position, so I brought a set of gixxer k4 mirrors. I used the k4 mirror mounts on the k8 mirrors and bobs your uncle....
