You can put carbs on a pointy easily enough as far as I am aware. Far easier than the other way around.

I have a pointy- don't like the shape of the curvy, I think they look dated.

About the same really.

Yeah ok, you will need carbs, a load of custom wiring, a CDI unit, an alternator, maybe a rotor, carb boots, airbox (if it will fit), if not then a load of plastic padding or some pods and monster main jets...

I had a curvey, Liz has a pointy that I've ridden plenty of miles on. I've also ridden several different pointy SV's whilst the dealer had my curvey.

I prefer the pointy...
