Just to update the bloke got my bike (that was also red hot) at 4:30 PM today and had the tyre, chain and sprockets fitted and done by 8:15 PM. Now that's what I call service so I've got the green light for this.

LOL well would you adam and eve it. Was out washing the bike today when what did I notice in the front tyre, a nice big fat sharp ended stone. I decided to take it out in the hope it hasn't gone through the tyre. There's no hissing sound, no bubbles from spit on the tyre but there is tiny tiny tiny bubbles forming with a mixture of washing up liquid and water.

So I'm going to see how it is in the morning and I'll post up here weather or not I'm going.
