Those prices for fully comp look good to me. I pay just over a grand at age 19/20, and i shopped around for weeks.
Fully comp is worth it as long as you can keep a low excess. If you stack your bike and it is your fault you have to pay for the repairs ifyou only have tpft, which will most likely be more than my excess is (£200). |

Pay 350~ for third party and fire i think..
Ebike, theyve done well on price with me.. FC, if you claim off it, the next quote you get is going to eb a killer, much cheaper to repair it you'rself. |

TPFT is the money for you really. If you go FC you might as well **** money up the wall. Your paying extra for something which will cost you more anyway.

stay away from bennetts was well known i thought. Tried express? Also if they give you a bad quote give them a ring, they quoted me £1600 phoned me up and dropped me down to £550 with xcess protect and breakdown.(19 1yr license + NCB).

AXA
17 first year on the SV was 860 tpft 18 second year on the SV still with AXA 390. Becarefull with the brokers spec bennets. In my first year bennets was the cheapest, they then gave me a renewal of 800 (WTF And still with AXA), rang them they got it down to 500 just with a short phone call. (Still with AXA) The bike insuruer then gave me 390 Still with AXA, exact same cover bennets were offering. All three are with no Excess. HTH scott |

I'll give Express a try now online, I'll probably get a quote over the phone though, seems to be the "cheaper" alternative to online. Also - I'm a student (14 hours a week classed as full time) and work part time, which would I declare with one choice? As simply the part time job brings my premium down ![]() |
