And you gave me a right giggle.

Come on, we all do it and there are times when the odd miss spelling is done in jest or to go with the flow.

There have been posts where the word, "are" has been used uniformly in place of the correct, "our". That annoys me a little as I have to work harder to understand the sentence, but not everyone has had a decent education unfortunately.

however it does not take a genius to know that when you are writing something you should use proper grammar to show the start and end of each sentence or paragraph and a capital letter at the start of a place name or persons name and to construst your sentences so that people could read them out loud with enough full stops or commas to be able to breathe on a regular and therefore life sustaining basis and so on

Now, the odd gramatical mistake does not bother me too much, but to just write in text speak or fail entirely to use any grammar makes reading sometimes difficult.

Now call me daft, but I would consider it a more "decent" education to be aware of grammar/punctuation/spelling, but not be too hung up on it.

My brain is fully capable of reading a sentence where the word "our" is replace with "are" incorrectly, and it's still easily understandable. Just as when I see a word where the first letter should be a capital, I can forgive the author for missing the shift key.

Also, when I'm reading aloud & someone hasn't used proper punctuation, I prioritise breathing over reading, so when I need to stop to breathe, I do.

Not having a pop, t'is just my tuppence. (sorry, couldn't resist)

I hate 'should/could/would of' instead of 'should/could/would have'

So ignorant

Thank God it's not just me. Every time I see it, I am screaming. In my mind.

That's because there isn't one.

'I should have punched him' - OK.

'I should of punched him' - Screaming.

I know that "should of" is wrong, but that's what I say when I'm talking. Just lazy habits I guess
