Always thought cops were p*gs. Nice to know there are some nice ones about. Nice story. What you give, comes back right enough!

...meantime I await the NIP from the mobile van that was parked less than a mile or so from my house (30 limit but wide road, houses to one side in a service road, school on the other side - remember it was late Saturday afternoon, no kids around, broad daylight, dry, broken sunshine) - coming back from Barmouth I spotted a few bikes up ahead and thought 'bet they miss the turn into Stanley Lane, (they did) I'd better catch em' - suddenly saw the van at the end of the service road - not where it usually is, - oops too late. I think I'm going to get a NIP. I was going just a bit fast as I was trying to catch up the others. And as I went past (by this time, a sedate 25) the operator turned round and I saw her with her pen and paper about to write my number down. Bitch. How to spoil a nice day.

What sort of people operate these things...

When you said karma, and there was a female driver involved, i expected some other repayment for your deeds.
