Hi Benton18 - Great to hear you've also bought a Gladius, I get mine in 2-3 weeks.

What colour did you choose? I went for the Black / Green.

I've seen a lot of negative comments on the forum about the Gladius, but I have to say that the UK Motorcycle Press gives it some really positive news. I'm interested to learn what made you choose the Gladius?

My decision to buy it was it seemed a good 1st Big Bike (I only passed my test recently) and the idea of having a bike with good pedigree (Suzuki know a thing or two about making bikes!!) and good warranty was my primary choice.

Anyway 'Good Luck' with your new bike, when I get mine I will post up a picture.

All the best!

Stephen

Hi!

my gladius is the blue/white one.
The reason, i choose this bike is easy:
I was impressed after the tryout at our local dealer.

I tried out the monser 696, not very convenient to me, i always moved on the gastank, but great bike, not for me.

Another canditae was the kawa er6n, the k9, nearly similar to drive like the gladius, but i hate the cockpit of the kawa, have a google for it, it looks cruel.

thats why i choose the glad. (with the optional higher sead, cos im 1,83 meters and with that little softer seat, i didn't want to bring her back to the suzidealer after my tryout-hour.

Hello trumpet, Are you North East rider!!! I'm from a village near Newcastle myself. I've got a blue and white one too. Had mine since early April. I've done round about 700 miles on mine.
