I expect cyclists have already written a program that fills in the
questionnaire every minute. There are enough geeks amongst cyclists
to do this.

Don't we have a geek in the house who could do something like this?

Completed, in the comments I wrote the usual stuff plus....

As for crossing on foot, I have always found bicycles to be a problem as they are silent so you can't hear them coming, they have a smaller thinner profile without powerful headlights so are more difficult to see head-on, many travel at speed, and bicycles cannot swerve or stop as easily as a car or motorbike in an emergency.
