I think I should leave the computer life behind and go exercise .... so let's hope this is my last post for a while, put my time to better use (that is the plan but all best plans and all that)

I will be back when I lost a stone .... wonder if that will work for my motivation and how long I can leave this piece of plastic alone.... off to the cross trainer in spare room

Dang I am the anti, don't like tea, coffee, fry ups, haven't eaten the above for months as I really don't like them that much (dukin doughts is good thought) my sins are choclate and liquor. Its hard for me to find stuff to eat as its c*** that is manily served up or it just taste like **** for a change.
