Made my curry tonight, yummy its actually the best Ive ever tasted, Im not bragging since I never actually thought up the recipe lol...
In the second shot it looks very dark but thats because it was chicken thighs and the skin went darker....and on top of it all this is a fat burning curry... http://www.healthycurry.com/ I didnt use the 6 chillies though as when I had cut the first one up I rubbed my nose and my lips and nose were burning so I decided not to kill us both lol!

VT, that looks absolutely delicious hun.
Anna.....I didn't know you'd made it....cool. I've had yorkshire puds with that recipe stick to the roof of the oven when they've been on a low shelf...lol. |
