I thought Arai would change a visor for you free of charge if you took it to an arai stockist? I could be wrong though

Your all missing the point about the Tour-X visor , it isn`t the same mechanism as any other Arai out there , it`s more akin to the old Arai Rapide with 2 plastic screws that screw through the side plates , then through the visor and into the helmet itself . Their best ever visor change system was on the Giga (Early 90`s lid and best looking one IMHO) , that took mere nanoseconds to change and none of the levers broke off or anything as it never had them in the first place .

Bit of a trip out of the way if you're touring in the Scottish highlands and it's getting dark enough to need the clear visor though
