Then theres the already crap sv suspention getting hammered and the sprocket and chain damage.
Head bearings'll go too. But meh if people want to blowup their bikes in the name of fun I'm not really going to stop them ...

That sounds fun, how'd you book it?

Not sure which I'd rather do a track day or a wheelieschool

Just Google wheelie schools, there are a few about. They aren't cheap though.

The wheelie school i looked at a couple of years ago used Bandit 1200s with anti flip bars to learn on.

Dave...a trackday will help you learn a lot about you and your bike but a wheelie school will obviously make you far more attractive to the opposite sex

it was just a general statement of fact, weather he's done a t/d or not is largely irrelevant, its still a pertinent fact.

Me and Bear are back from wheelie school.

They taught us to do it on the power for many reasons which the main man went into in depth. We had a professional stunt rider teaching us who was assisted by two stunt men and there was only 5 students so we had plenty of time to practise.

A cracking day overall. I'm not 100% sure I'd rather that than a trackday but it had it's advantages like knowing just how hard it is with lots of power (1200 Bandit) to get the wheel off the ground smoothly and in a controlled manner. Also it was all done on their bikes and they've never charged anyone or breakages.Strangely enough there were very little nerves copared to a usual trackday, for me anyway.

Sorry to digress coz. I WILL be practising how to wheelie. Can you let me in on your little secret road coz via PM? I'm in outer West London.
