I'm very glad this particular topic has come to light, like Lozzo I too have been wondering about this whole infraction business and wondered why we haven't been informed of the system before? Or has no-one bothered to enquire? I simply ask because surely a good way of preventing people committing fractionable offences is to tell them about the naughty things that could happen to them should they fractionally offend?

I ben here 6 years and didn't even know there was a disciplinary policy although some do seem to go bump in the night
