Anything upwards of 15 degrees to about 25 degrees is comfortable biking weather.

Above that and I tend just to laze about.

Below that and I've got more layers on to get out and about.

Below 10 degrees I dont usually bother. I have been out in far colder though but its not pleasant.

Not gloriously hot, that's too hot for me but long, dry and pleasant, yup, like a shot. And a few scorchers just for variety.

NO!!!

Quite simply because i don't like the hot sticky heat we get in this country & also can you imagine the state the roads would be in if we had a winter like this every year, there are already hundreds of potholes throughout Suffolk & Essex because of the cold weather & both councils will say they have no money to repair them, spending larger ammounts on road salt each year would take even more away from the road repair fund.
