When I'm at home, I'm thinking about work.
When I'm in the pub with mates, I'm talking about work. When I'm in the shower, I'm thinking about work. When I'm cooking food, I'm worrying about work. When I'm out on the bike, I stop thinking. There's just me and what's happening right in front of me. Everynow and again there's those times where you suddenly take a breath in because it feels like you forgot to carry on breathing due to being so engrossed in what's going on. That split second right afterwards is the bit I absolutely love, the bit where you kind of go "wowzah, where the f*ck has my ego been for the past 25 minutes? and how did I end up in helmsley again?"
