Well, when it comes time to do the BBQ......I'll be getting a whole sirloin of beef on the go to be sliced up for everyone along with many other things of course. I LOVE any excuse to get a giant joint of meat...........

Sounds good, sounds good. Best thing is, I get a monthly food allowance to cover testing new recipes. It's not much because I've already got most of the recipes done, but it helps AND...

Anything that they need to come and photograph/film, they cover the costs
