Congrats, pardon my ignorance but what's this mean over just being employed by HG (I thought you had recently got a job there right)? From the info here it just seems that instead you're self employed and contracting for HG instead? Can't just be that though?

An old school friend of mine lives in Bournemouth and she has been trying to get together a High School reunion for the weekend of the 8th?? I think I have a horse show that weekend, but if I come, I might pop in for my biccy in person.

Oh and yay, you can sell our calendar to all the customers hahahaha xx

Ok, long story. Basically, I started a part time job working directly for Hein Gericke because they were "between Managers". The previous manager left 31st March and I started 1st April. Normally the Shop Partner is self employed and employs his staff directly.

VT - What a great idea. Never thought of that and I will get that photo to you asap. Not had time to run to the studio yet.

Ah - is HG a franchise or something then?

It means she has an investment in it, it's not just a JOB. Presumably it can also go badly for her as well.

Edit: It's her business, if sales don't do what they need to, she's %$&ed. But on the up side, she is THE boss!
