only problem with backing it up is that the laptop to which my iPhone is sync'd, has recently died. I want to re-sync the phone to my iMac at home but the usb cable has fecked up & need to get a new one. When I sync it I think I'll probably lose the apps I've bought legitimitely anyway as they're not backed up on the iMac in the first place. All I'm really bothered about is my contacts & photo's.

If I can keep them and re-sync to iMac then I'm happy. Just with the new 4g coming out I might as well wait

retina display is the idea that us humans can't take in more than 300dpi at of detail when the image/display is around 10" from our eyes, hence a 326dpi display will be the ideal highest resolution display which the human eye can take advantage of on such a device.. It's little things like that which make apple's products sparkle magically

Full price I'd imagine. Same as the current bunch was until the announcement. No 64Gb though? Odd.

A 64GB iPhone 4 would probably cost the same as a 64GB iPad 3G. Apple would just look silly if they did that.

I'm surprised they aren't 32 and 64 models as standard. All that HD video will clog it up real quick otherwise.

well I got an email from o2 today showing the prices of the contracts. looks like it's now up on the website, contracts don't look any more expensive that last time round. however they have not put up how much it will cost for the handset! this is making me think that it's gonna be £2/300 for the handset ontop of the 18/24month contract!

well looks like i will be geting it, i can get £148 for my old iphone and to end my contract early they want £180

whoop whoop.

Definitely will get one. Is only a matter of deciding how to go about it as I'm on simplicity 20 with unlimited data at the moment. If I would get an upgrade, it would force me to a new contract with 500MB / month data limit.

I still have my Iphone 2G laying around. I wonder how much is that worth now...
