Friday evening - prep stuff required for saturday
Saturday - drive to Cheltenham, SuperSprint off road Triathlon, drive home Sunday - recover from yesterday, I think a gentle swim, sit in steam room and jacuzzi may be in order |

Proper mix n match weekend-
friday night- night out in hereford with the local pikeys. bucca and welsh girls  saturday morning- chopper rally. saw a turbo gixxer 1100 powered chopper dynoed. ears still ringing. saturday night- evening spent with some cambridge scholars and real ale  today- split crankcases on mates ducati. didnt lose any shims, woodruff keys or circlips. AFAIK. later- burn back up to hinckley on the back roads, early night ready for week of CAD training
