Think about the worst attributes a 125 for this trip could possibly have.

Oh like an RD125 or something? Nice and cheap parts, pig simple, make yourself a new headgasket with a hammer and a horse brass NOPE!! FAR WORSE!!

Nope, both of those attributes would suggest simple construction and ruggedness. Which are not present, not even a little bit.

Perhaps my (justified) fear about having to tow a 125 and an irishman all the way from the end of Dave's road to Spain are unjustified and he's bought something decent...
