That would be awesome, if you fancy doing it obviously I'd pay you for time, any parts you use and get you a decent-sized case of beer for thanks. I'm gonna start sourcing parts then, even if you can't do it I might as well get the parts in. Maybe starting with this cheap subframe: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SUZUKI-SV6...item231fa496cb ?

Has anyone ever mentioned what a thoroughly nice chap Bibio is?

(much nicer than the scumbag he initially comes across as!)

Thumbs up Re: SV650 crash - Repairs in Edinburgh?

Sorry to resurrect this thread from a couple of weeks ago, but I just got my bike back and thought I'd update those who were interested.

Bibio took on the work and has done a solid job, did all the repairs himself and went above and beyond with a full service and thankfully had lots of spare parts around. Even fitted his world-famous adjuster plates.

Replacement parts were sourced from ebay (top fairing, exhaust, rear subframe - £140 total), and I picked up a nice oval can from Beowulf. Lower fairings have come off but I think it looks alright without them at the mo - maybe I'll try get a belly pan some day.

So all in all cheers to Bibio and the org for getting my bike from a write off back on the road!

He did keep me informed of what was going on but a lot of it was above my paygrade. I have learnt that it's incredibly easy to wreck your bike!
