Hi,
I had it also once...
We took a short trip with two of my mates and stopped behind a car at the lights. I thought that i will go to the right side (to left side in your case ), to the lane that was only about 300 feet long and just by accelerating pass the car. And then it happened - suddenly i was looking my clocks so close... And then i realised that the revs were too high and changed to the second gear. I think () that i was able to put the wheel down just before changing to the 3rd. I really think. I did see that there was something different, but i had no idea i did wheelie. My mates then later on told me that i had a wheelie and i changed gear too... I did and THEN i was scared as hell. I still do not know how i was able to still controll it, but i think when it happened and i would have known it, i would have fallen down for sure. Just a strange and unbelievable story.
Personally i think i wouldn't do it next time on purpose. For now at least. I think getting some supermoto bike for that purpose.

regards
alkap

When you find one please do let me know as I'm loosing the nack due to not having enough apace to practice. Must be atleast half a mile to be any good to me though .

Cheers
