I like the look of it , the main thing would be the price , build quality .
If the price was right ( very doubtfull) & the build quality old school BMW , I would be tempted . looked up at local BMW price = 6 k ...... ouch I only paid 3750 for my new sv650s .. http://www.nxgn-ltd.com/ezweblite/pu...2006/F800S.asp Cheers Steve

It's like a Transformer. I wonder what it looks like in bike form?

Getting back to the F800, here's a great video of Chritian Pfeiffer on the slightly modded naked version (of which they're going to make apparently):
http://www.bmw-motorrad.co.uk/com/_c...layer_high.zip Now this bike sounds great, looks great, and coming from BMW is a revelation. . |

F800 S £5,995
F800 ST £6,495 Ouch. I keep on wondering why they say this bike is a SV rival. On paper i guess but the price puts it in SS600 bracket. And BMW don't do price cuts. Should keep it's value though. |

For a BMW it's cheap. And rather special IMO.

All the BMW range looks pricey to me
![]() I think the F800 has it's charms but it is up against some top Jap rivals. You have to really want that prop badge to crawl over a SV thousand. |
