That's the thing about Hondas that we oldies like... you can put your slippers on and drink ovaltine (without spilling a drop) while riding them... fast...

I would agree the dayglo orange is revolting but I think it looks awful even on KTMs. Black or blue are the proper colour for bikes...

Yeah...there is more to a motorcycle than wheelies and '170bhp at the back wheel '

Things like comfort and ease. Now any fool can be uncomfortable...being comfortable is hardly a daft concept.

Shame no-ones told Ducati that. :P

Sorry but no matter how much PH adores them, they just look uncomfortable to ride. I know thats not why people have one, but its why I will never have one.

Odd thing about the CBF is the more I think about it, the more I want one.

So the trick is to stop thinking.

I never stopped to think when I bought the SV

I have had the 600 version as a courtesy bike and tbh I really liked it. After my van accident I wouldnt have been able to ride the SV - the CBF courtesy bike was upright and ideal for me on the bike with the injuries I had. I even found the ABS to be pretty good too.

Which while Im looking at a distance bike the CBF is not a bad one. It has adjustable fairing screen and more importantly the 795mm seat drops up to 15 mm .

Its a serious option for me in the future. Which should cheer everyone up in Soho - they can all play jackpot again [the alarm it should be pointed out sounds like jackpot on a gaming machine ]

It's not the prettiest bike in the world but I can see one in my near future. I want to do some miles but don't want a Pan or a Beemer. My sister has moved to Norway, my dad is always off to rallies in Europe and I don't ride my SV far because I can't feel any 3 from either hand, either foot or either buttock after an hour. Something that takes me comfortably and confidently to faraway places sounds great to me.

I even quite like the orange
