When you escape those scarey moments when riding on your motorcycle,is it luck? Or divine intervention that allows you to retell the tale?

The Nine Satanic Statements

by Anton Szandor LaVey

1. Satan represents indulgence instead of abstinence!

2. Satan represents vital existence instead of spiritual pipe dreams!

3. Satan represents undefiled wisdom instead of hypocritical self-deceit!

4. Satan represents kindness to those who deserve it instead of love wasted on ingrates!

5. Satan represents vengeance instead of turning the other cheek!

6. Satan represents responsibility to the responsible instead of concern for psychic vampires!

7. Satan represents man as just another animal, sometimes better, more often worse than those that walk on all-fours, who, because of his “divine spiritual and intellectual development,” has become the most vicious animal of all!

8. Satan represents all of the so-called sins, as they all lead to physical, mental, or emotional gratification!

9. Satan has been the best friend the Church has ever had, as He has kept it in business all these years!

Not the way i see it.

Religion is mans way to have more power over other men.

Some wield power thru economics, some thru politics and yet others thru spirituality.
Any man that tells me the relationship i have with the Creator is wrong unless its done thru their church/synagogue/mosqe/whatevere else is simply trying to have control over me and my life.

Religion is a tool for control and many many many bad things have been done in the name of various religions.
People who have no reason to fight each other will happilt do so cos writings from thousands of years ago convince them that they should.

Spirituality, is a good thing. Rules about how to be spiritual are just put there by man.

Razor...Was there a point you were wishing to share with us?

Spidey, despite the rhetoric you do indeed appear to be in turmoil. I will make a point of mentioning you and praying for your salvation in my next bible group.
