Im rather embarrassed by this, but you know what its like when your young.....

So im on my old scooter coming home from work, someone intentionally cuts me up on teh a2, then pulls accross so I can't filter (god i hated riding it, you got treated like a 16 year old everywhere). I attempted at various points to go past but he would not let me through.

I got next to him and he had his window down so i gave him a right earfull. Fing and blinding grrr angryness and he was one of those t0ssers that just didn't care.

I sped off and kicked his mirror, bad idea, it was on solid. I lost balance and went down the road.

Never done it since, until tuesday...

Coming into london, loads of room. The roundabout squeezes into 1 lane (blackheath commen) and some tart in a clio would not let me move out to the outside. Indicators on, not trying to push through or anything. The guy in the car to my left was ok, but this tart would not let anyone in at all (even though shes on the outside in the wrong lane). A space appeared in front of us 3 and i edged forwards... I only want to get out the way. She hits the accelerator and hits my exhaust (very lightly). I stop, manage just to hold the bike upright, turn round and give her an earfull. She gives me the "oil" tANKER sign. Fck this, shes just hit ME. So i get off the bike and go over and tell her shes just hit my bike. She f's and blinds. I tell her shes hit my bike, i want her details. She tells me to pull over, then nails it off down the road...... I mean, its a 1 lane round going into london, one of the busiest, wheres she going to go.

I'd already pushed my bike to the side of the road so ran back over, jumped on, and as i went past her mirror took a detour from her car. I feel no remorse, and after, wish i'd taken her reg plate and reported her to the police for leaving the scene of an accident (she didn't cause any damage, but still)....

If i see the b1tch again, i'll do it again as well!!! No remorse.

Thing is, i see a lot of angry bikers, and a lot of the time, its due to the bikers in-patience. We may all hate car drivers in traffic, but they still need to use the road as well. Just some are more cun7ish than others.....

Plus I'm quite sure that most of these drivers haven't a clue what they've done wrong and therefore it's quite wrong to harass and intimidate them just because they're ignorant. As people who ride bikes I think we have a duty to try (as far as possible) to promote a positive image where required. If it's deliberate, however, then that's an entirely different story, but great care should be taken to ensure our own personal safety at all costs.

.
I'm with Jonboy on this one. I tend to boil a bit when some eejit cuts me up or forgets to look in the mirror, but one quick glance into what appears to be very hard ground usually calms me down enough to go on with just a disapproving head shake and maybe a not so nice gesture (all this while swearing like mad, obviously).

Althougn i agree with this totally, there are some instances where someone nearly hits you, then tries to blame you for it and gives YOU attitude... These people don't give a monkies, and if taken in by the police wouldn't give a monkies either..... Deal with things in your own way...

I learnt that hard way from my mistake and probably won't do it again for years unless someone nearly kills me and doesn't give a poop....

I have said this many a time, and i will again. I have ridden into london for the best part of 8 year i suppose. If i had to stop, shout at, wave, argue, hit wing mirrors, on every journey that i do, then i would never have got to work. Yes, cars are annoying, yes drivers are ignorant, but just take that on board and adjust your own riding to compensate. Now, your instance on the Blackeahth roundabout, you should have let the dopey bint go, and then go round her. I mean, lets face it, you are going to get to work quicker than she is no matter what. All she has to do, is take your registration number and report you, and its you that gets done for criminal damage etc etc. Now dont get me wrong, i loose my rag every now and again with drivers, and what really gets me wound up is lane disipline but thats another story. Ride with a clear head, and the fact that everyone is trying to kill you, and you will be fine. Dont get angry. Just shake your head, and blat past them in the smug knowledge that you will get there quicker.

Ahh, thing is Viney, i was already in front, she came round the outside trying to push in..

She didn't get my plate I can assure you.. I also went iun about an hour early that day

You always need to think before you react. I thought, and reacted ha ha.....

As i say though, most of the time, most people don't even know what they have done wrong. You can tell just by the gawmless look on their face as if to say "whaaaaat"?

I have gone to have a right pop at some people, and as i've gone to do so, they have apologised.... How can you go mad at them. So you need to chill, say ok, tell them to please be more observant in future as they could kill someone, and do they want that responsibility, then ride off..... (leaving themt o think about it).

Scooter incident was about 6 years ago... This was on tuesday... I wouldn't say thats too bad for someone who went on an anger management course because he used to get so angry so quickly

PS, im on top of it now..

Viney, I totally agree.
This part reminds me of me many a times:
"Just shake your head, and blat past them in the smug knowledge that you will get there quicker."
