I guess it was a little unfair and bigoted of me to say everyone who has St George flags on their cars etc are chavs and that.

Thinking back, I think if people want to fly loads of England flags out of their cars houses etc, then good on em I say, they are clearly in the spirit of the game, are happy and are doing no harm.
They might even be hung out for the kids, they're just footie fans showing support for their team.

It's mainly the corporate/money side of the game that 'gets my goat'.
I allways used to watch footie in the 80's when Ian Rush etc used to play for Liverpool and beat Everton in the F.A cup.
But these day's it's all money money money, players falling to the ground for a cheap free kick and it turned me off.
To be honest I hate todays players massive ego's, just like that gormless t*ss*r Rio Ferdinand.

I also hate the way players are put up on pedistals and shoved down our throats.
I mean, who gives a monkeys t*ss about what David Beckham wears, who cares about the Armani suits Englands squad has been given with matching shades and 'la de dar' fancy watch...P*ss off England, i'm not interested.
