does not mean I have got my own pub..

it is a local pub- I can walk to it..

tha tis having a major refurb and is dry led.. more restaurant led.. and is eventtuualllleee ( in a manuel styleee) having a motel on the side..

so it is a big concern..

so I am slipping in under the radar as an experienced landlord in a 500K business which equates to dogsbody in this major business..!

no I aint quite dogsbody but not the gaffer.... I haven't been a publican for 5 years ! so things change.. I will see if I still like it at this level and let someone else have the budgets and P & L sheets toworry about and after crimbo see if i want to have me own at some point--

and then- the .org party stands.. !

off the record i think I will defooget me own pub again in the next 18 months.. so I need one that does camping.. !!

I dont start til the 15th so its leisure time right now fer me ..whilst the refurb is going on

its down are ally then round the brig and past the nans gate - take a reet and the gwon pass the kino.. after that thee see an auld hoss in a field youth .. carry street on and ya see it on the reet.... canna miss eet lad.

It's a very bad drug that causes a serious addiction! I've tried to stay away from the pub trade but I keep needing to go back for more!
