If I won that amount, I'd have a big house built to my spec/design. (tarmac) Hill Climbing track in the grounds that linked up with the drive to form a road-emulating racetrack around the house.

Big studio in the house.
Home cinema.
Games room (including arcade machines).
Extensive Vodka & Wine cellar.
Decent sized library and reading rooms.
