Economical Driving

I can only get just about 120 miles per tank on my SV650 K3, and that is mostly sensibly/fast riding on A roads. Are you lot all talking about faired versions, cos mine is naked and I probably act like a sail. Anyone got mpg for unfaired?

Motorcycles are horrifically un-aerodynamic. The fairing might deflect the wind off you, but I can't imagine it's going to help much in reducing drag. Certainly not to the extent that it'll effect fuel economy.

I have the same problem, only 100-110 before the light comes on. If I take it easy the light comes on at about 120. Everything is standard except for my scorpion can with no baffle. If I put the baffle in will I get better fuel economy?
