Edit: Hovis, why don't we meet you at the Cat & Fiddle, as it's an actual "stop" on our route. It's only a few miles from the M6 anyway, but it means we don't have to go South to pick you up.

Is that feasible ?

failing that as i will be joining M6 at junc 8 i could just meet you at j19 knutsford instead of j17 sandbach

it will take the same amount of time to get to knutsford or Cat & Fiddle

as been as you are actully stopping at Cat & Fiddle i guess it would be better for me to meet you there? although it does look more confusing

Cat & Fiddle is 40 miles off the M6

If you come up through Wales, you can ride with me bread boy. As there would only be two of us, then stop pressure is not so great. You can take a good break at our meeting point.

If you come up the A470/A483, we can meet in Wrexham. Cheap(-ish) fuel and we can get there in one hit after that (about 130 miles). I suspect fuelling up in Bowness will be a good move, ready for the next day.
