'Nother question: Anyone got a satnav we can use as a guide? I don't mind reading maps, but it'd be easier if we've got an electronic navigator to rely on!

Hehe - very decent of you chap! I could well be up for that, how about I ride down to the Ace and you meet me there? I did suggest about doing this in the morning, but I have enough miles on my plate for that day! I will PM you about it, as I think its going to be my only chance to have some company on the trip up!
