Because they can. No other reason needed.

You don't need 100bhp for the road, or even 75bhp to break the speed limits by a big margin.

Whenever you are near a busa - you are plainly aware that it is something special (different) and although owning one would never interest me. I like it because it is just that DIFFERENT and admire its power and potential.Is there any other news on Suzuki's other 2008 models? Anyone heard anything?

I think those on the North/South ride experienced one being ridden by a master craftsman...

Nope, still ugly as sin. Uglier in fact.

Talk about lazy design, it looks almost identical to the last ugly heap. I saw some concept drawings which always look amazing, but as usual the real thing dissapoints. Lazy Mr Suzuki! I'm sure it flies though.

Errr no, he has a 25 year old 6ft blonde French/Belgian girlfriend, who has a degree in psychology, and they are getting married next year.

She recently passed her test too, and rides his XT660 when he's not using it for commuting.

dont like the busa never have done, theres more attractive ways of going fast.

I like the Shiver actually

Can see myself getting a more upright style bike in a few years, maybe keeping a sports bike too I can afford it. I like the Street Triple too, I see they are releasing a load of add-ons for it aswell so it can be individual from new. Good price too - £5350 or so..

Sure, I've not ridden a Busa but 198bhp seems highy dangerous to me! I'd rather have a bike with less power that handled and stopped quicker than anything else..
