In the pre pinlock days, when visors fogged up with a 🐁 exhaling breath the old trick was to put one drop of washing up liquid on the inside of a dry visor and polish this drop until the visor was clear and smear free.
It worked too, just cracking the visor cleared it. Stopped working if the visor got wet on the inside.

You could also try RainX Anti fog. Prevents any misting up on the visor.
