That's why you've got so many ribs, you can break LOADS before you run out Hope you get well soon, no shirking off the AR! The worst crashes are the ones you can't quite explain, they shake you up, at least when you do something stupid you can avoid doing it again...

Oof! Just seen this Quiff. Looks like the bike came out pretty lightly. Phew.
