Anyone going up early Sat morning from London. Other halves birthday Friday so was thinking either a real late or real early start out for me?

I'm likely to be leaving early Saturday morning, so can meet you somewhere (maybe J2 of the M40 - there is a layby on the A355 just North of the junction??). Reckon, non Motorway route will be about 2.5 - 3 hours....

Say 07:30 ? That will give us 3 hours plus a stop

Gmonsta,

After consulting my map, can you manage 07:00 ? That way we can get to the Little Chef (the start point) in time for breakfast.

I think we may have a couple of bikes with us.
