By placing details on all foods and drinks, the consumer is provided with information on what they are about to put into their bodies.
Once we really know what is in food it is likely there will be pressure to stop putting so much rubbish in what we eat and drink. Someone was telling me about the Jamie Oliver programme last weekend where you were informed on what hotdogs consisted of. ![]() I think northwind makes a very valid point Quote:
