In light of this and other similar scum being released and re-offending, should we ask the Government if the prison service is working in it's current state?
The point of prison is not just to punish prisoners, but to rehabilitate them and allow them to rejoin society as "a changed man".
I am sure Google will provide stats that will support whichever point of view you hold (Mark Twain said it best) about re-offending rates, but I sure as **** seem to arrest the same people time and time gain.
What's the alternative? I don't know, but I am sure the current situation is not working. There is no deterrent any more and I can assure you all, there are people out there who's standard of life goes up when inside.

I think it would be great sport.

That and chav-pidgeon shooting, big bloody catapult mechanism to tar, feather and launch a decent sized offender into the air, where there are a lot of guns pointing.
Use 3" cartridges and 00 shot, extra points if they land in more than one piece.

Chav-stalking, let a few loose in the highlands or other suitable spot, not sure I'd want this> on a plaque on the wall, but it would be good sport and also good practice for military snipers
