A pity we didn't get to see the last few corners of Rossi et al.

It's a shame to see Rossi turn from a winning champion to a whiny bitch.
His tyre was gone mate. He did well to stay on the bike never mind finish 5th.

Great result for Toseland )

Loronzo did very well.

Watched it on Eurosport but went to BBC3 when the ads came on!!

Stoner's Ducati is so fast. Where does talent come into play when you can ride past everyone?

You assume he's going to blame something, you don't know he will. Besides which, different bikes work differently with tyres. Bridgestones might have lasted longer on the Ducati because of countless reasons.

I thought it was a good race. All 3 were entertaining, although I fell asleep for the end of the 250 race (early morning).

The first half was a great race - lets hope the rest of the season isnt Stoner riding off into the distance

Default Toseland - nice one!

What a bloody great show from Toseland! 6th place chomping at Rossi's heals, I was amazed, didnt think he would do so well first time out.

It seemed there were several races going on and have you seen the finish timings between the groups!

Toseland has had an excellent result today with a weaker engine.

Give him a better engine!

Stoner is on the same bike as Melandri...and Melandri came mid table. And Melandri was the fastest through the traps.

The conditions in Qatar are not the same as elsewhere so looking too deep into the results isn't going to work....however Rossi may be having a more critical eye at Bridgestone now.

I bet Ducati would love to give Italy their next champion. And imagine Italy's response to Ducati if Melandri starts hinting that they aren't doing everything to help him as they are for Casey!

Watching the race tonight, Casey did nothing special and was out ridden at the start of the race.

The bike does all the talking and it is is much faster than anyone elses.

Once he is in front, no one looks like they have a chance of catching him.

It really leaves me puzzled how the bike can be so much faster.
