Its one idea of many, but with virtually no set-up cost even if I made ?100/month out of it, or only did it when I was going to a trackday anyway, that is still ?100 extra pocket money

I can think of more ideas whilst sat on a beach in the south of France with my surf board

for me I think you need to set down foundations for a career, Each job you do must not be the same as any other. the next job may well lead in a total new area, thus laying the path for another change. The change may not be big, but it is important to move on.

Life is rich as it is, You just have to be able to see it.

oh and surf is crap here. wind surfing yes.

Go into it with your eyes open. The honeymoon stops at the end of about the first week, and then you have people to deal with. And of course, everyone else is always right...

i did a test on line a while back. It asks questions about what your interests are and what your reactions are to certain circumstances. It then gives a list of careers you are more suited towards. You then click on the careers listed and it gives you loads of jobs within that category. cant remember what it was called but im sure a google search would come up with something. I have never known what I want to do with my life. Have never been in job for more than 5 years. About to leave current job and now considering what job to look for when I move.

Good luck with whatever you decide. life is too short to be miserable. Unfortunately with kids I cant take too many risks or my kids will not eat.
