With its rather swish looking fairing, neat tail unit and sporty look, the 250R looks like a proper Ninja, the ER6-F just looks like a commuter bike with a fairing tacked on, which is exactly what it is - as YC said, it's Kawasaki's answer to the GS500, a run of the mill commuter. It's like trying to compare SV650 and GSXR600.

Yep agreed, having seen both , (ovo i have the 6R) but the tail plastics and seats are virtually identical to the 6R and the fairings are virtually identical in one piece rather than the 3 pieces on my 6R.

but yes it does have the Ninja family traits, the headlights could do with being a bit more aggressive . But i supose they are designed for commuter use hence a bit bigger than the 6 or 10.

Foxy,

You need to upload your photos to a internet photo hosting service (like photobucket or imageshack or even facebook) for the rest of us to see them. You can no doubt see those photos on your browser as it has access to your own computer's disc - we do not, so only see the address of your photo like in the quote.

Probably not very well explained, but hope it helps.

Nice looking bike that, but why do manufacturers put on stupid ar$e ends, looks more like a wheelie bar with a reflector stuck on the end.
Whens the new zorst coming?

Good looking bike. It sooooooooo needs a tail tidy, that number plate holder / mudguard is a real after thought.

New yoshi will look sweet.
