Yep, me too, couldn't go for a wee without having to throw up first, didn't eat for four days. I'm just starting week three, and the (temporary) boss is not happy, but as I've got a sick note from the hospital, he can't say much.

The docs gave me Stematil for the nausea, but there's nothing that they can do for the dizzyness. The GP said that if I should get a bad headache to go with it, then I should 999 to hospital. Next day, I woke up with the headache, so off to hospital. They found that my blood pressure was up to 200/140, so they gave me some tablets for that as well.

The hospital's been thorough, I've had CT & MRI scans, blood tests (which seems to show that my liver is screwed up), heart & kidney ultrasound scans.

Anyway, the BP's coming down, I'm not feeling sick any more, and I'm eating OK, and I'm not as dizzy as I was, but it's still there, and there's no way I'm going to ride for at least the next couple of weeks. I can look at a computer screen for a useful length of time now, but I can't go out on my own yet, since I can't walk straight yet. It's like being pernantly ****ed

That sounds a step up from what I've got, though I am getting fed up of having to be looked after and not being able to do much for myself!
