Same as car oils - not designed for them so I wouldn't recommend it.
Unless you have a diesel bike ...

I love the castrol red oil, looks brilliant when its first put in my bike, really goes well with the yellow I think.

I never get a free hat though

Empty Castrol container plus stanley knife = 2 hats. One of them is free.

Does anybody else measure out the amount to be poured back in, or do you tend to just keep topping up till you're at the full line?

I put in 2.5 litres, then start the bike up, make sure the oil pressure light goes out, then kill the engine, fill it up to the line. Seems to work...
