You might need to remove the can and slide it over a broom handle from the inlet side, hold on to the can as it is more fragile than the baffle.

Yeah i got mine from www.TwinShack.com. Can take up to 3 weeks to arrive mind as they are made to order!

PS: he doesn't show all the available parts on his site but can get them. To see everything go to www.poly26.com!

I ordered mine on tuesday and he had to get them in from France so pretty sure he doesnt have any in!

3 weeks is worst case scenario though !

It may be spot welded in place inside , wiggle it left to right to see if it will move , if there is movement then it MAY be spot welded in place . Have you tried emailing the manufacturer for the destructions on removing the baffle ?

Did exactly that and contacted them - he explained that they have to fit them very tight to avoid rattle and that i neede to take the can off and tap it out from the inside!!

Just done that and rode home - My God it sounds amazing !! Filter and snorkel next - I am hooked !!!

Big question is - K&N or Pipercross- anybody??? Also where would i get a 1000 snorkel ?
