I think you should ring up and see if you can provisionally book with deposit to follow in say a week.

Then we can firm up the numbers of those posted so far and give others the chance to commit too. Can't see why it should be too much of a problem to add a few more to the meal later on anyway.

Let us know when you need the dosh and we'll send it off double quick time.
