i take it you are working it out being 3.1 miles - err no


and then how do i convert 8.65 into mins and secs - = 8 mins and 0.65 times 60 = 39 secs

*But A*Hero is right 60 divide by 7 = 9 min miles, seeing as you are starting with rough figures
